I am trying to pick between the radrover and the Himiway cruiser … what pros and cons did you discover?

The cruiser is a great ebike BUT when it comes to exchanging parts i.e. hub motor twice, within a year of purchase.
Why is it so hard to get your deposit back from Himiway?
That’s the only grip I have here.
I also own a rad 6 plus but the service and sales teams are great. But I prefer my cruiser.

You have to have the motor on level 1 assist to engage the throttle……..

Is the twist grip throttle not working? On some bikes you need to have it in a PAS level other than 0 before it’ll engage. Something to try if you haven’t already.
